In order to make the process less of a financial burden on you, we will work with your insurance company and set you up with an adjustor if that's what you prefer.
We will first find the source of the mold and will guide you as to which professional should fix the problem.
Our crew will show up fully covered in protective gear. They will contain the affected area and will then start the removal process.
The process:
Our workers will put Fans to make the room have negative air pressure, a HEPA filter/s to clean the mold particles from the air, and Dehumidifier/s to remove any moisture from the room.
In most cases, we will need to remove any affected areas. All the mold infected materials will be contained for safe disposal. If a structural area (like a beam) has mold, we will scrub the surface with an antimicrobial agent, as the structure can not be taken down.
Once scrubbed, we paint the surfaces with a mold resistant primer which prevents mold from growing back.
Before we leave, we will use an antimicrobial agent spray as a disinfectant for the whole area, and will wipe down the whole room with an antimicrobial wipe to prevent future mold growth.
The fans, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filters will be left in the area for a few days to clean the air of any remaining mold, and to ensure the area is 100% dry.
